  • ¼ tsp ginger powder or 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • ¼ tsp allspice

  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp cloves

  • 4 cardamom pods

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 2 ginger tea bags

  • 1 tsp bone broth powder

  • 2–3 cups water

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 2 tbsp yacon syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix all spices together and place them in a reusable tea bag, spice bag, or directly into a pot.

  2. Bring the water to a boil and add the spice mixture along with the ginger tea bags.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes to allow the flavors and minerals to fully infuse.

  4. Remove and discard the tea bags and strain the mixture if needed.

  5. Warm the almond milk separately. Pour into a glass or mug.

  6. Add the chai tea mixture, bone broth powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and yacon syrup.

  7. Froth or stir well and enjoy warm.
