Cookie Girl Classic

The idea that you need to cut out all your favourite foods to feel good in your body? We’re tossing that mindset in the trash. These cookies were made to prove you can still enjoy the sweet things in life—you just have to be intentional with the ingredients you choose.

These aren’t your average cookies. They’re made with almond flour for blood sugar-friendly fiber and healthy fats, ghee for a dose of nourishing saturated fat, yacon syrup (a natural sweetener that won’t spike your blood sugar), and protein powder to help you stay fuller, longer. Add some chocolate chips and walnuts for crunch and satisfaction, and you've got yourself a treat that supports your cravings instead of fighting them.

They're soft, slightly chewy, salty-sweet, and best of all—won’t leave you with a sugar crash 20 minutes later.

  • 1/3 cup ghee

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  7. Bake for 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Let cool (if you can wait) and enjoy!
