Fibre Loaded Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ice water

  • ¼ cup coconut water

  • 1½ tbsp basil seeds or chia seeds

  • 1 packet Organic Traditions Fibre Flow

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1½ tbsp aloe vera

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large glass or jar and stir well.

  2. Let the mixture soak for 30 minutes to allow the basil or chia seeds to expand.

  3. Stir once more, garnish with a lime slice if desired, and enjoy.
