Fibre Loaded Water

Ingredients:
2 cups ice water
¼ cup coconut water
1½ tbsp basil seeds or chia seeds
1 packet Organic Traditions Fibre Flow
Juice of 1 lime
1½ tbsp aloe vera
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a large glass or jar and stir well.
Let the mixture soak for 30 minutes to allow the basil or chia seeds to expand.
Stir once more, garnish with a lime slice if desired, and enjoy.
