Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tbsp molasses

  • 1 tbsp yacon syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup almond flour

  • 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:
