There’s nothing like a fudgesicle on a hot day… except when it’s packed with ingredients that actually support your hormones, metabolism, and energy. That’s why I created this upgraded version of the nostalgic treat — creamy, chocolatey, high in protein, and bloat-friendly.

Instead of spiking your blood sugar like the store-bought kind, these fudgesicles are balanced with protein and healthy fats to keep your energy steady. They’re also sweetened naturally with yacon syrup — a gut-friendly prebiotic that’s easier on digestion and won’t leave you feeling inflamed or bloated.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk (or any nut milk)

  • 75g dark chocolate, melted

  • 1 ½ tbsp yacon syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops whey protein isolate

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add almond milk, melted dark chocolate, yacon syrup, vanilla, protein powder, and sea salt.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

  3. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.

  4. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until completely set.

  5. To serve, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to release, then enjoy your hormone-happy, metabolism-boosting treat!
