Loaded Water V2

If you’re feeling puffy, sluggish, or constantly bloated, hydration alone often isn’t enough. Your body also needs minerals, digestion support, and ingredients that help support fluid balance. This anti-bloat loaded water is one of the easiest ways to upgrade your hydration while supporting digestion, regularity, and energy levels throughout the day.

It’s refreshing, simple to make, and packed with ingredients that actually serve a purpose — not just look pretty in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1–1.5L filtered water

  • 1 tbsp basil seeds or chia seeds (soaked for 10–15 minutes first)

  • 1/2 scoop clean electrolyte powder or 1 packet (no sugar or artificial dyes)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

  • 1 full 1mL dropper liquid chlorophyll

  • Optional: thin slices of fresh ginger

Instructions:

  1. Soak the basil seeds or chia seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until gel-like.

  2. Fill a large bottle or pitcher with 1–1.5L filtered water.

  3. Add the electrolyte powder, lemon or lime juice, and chlorophyll.

  4. Stir in the soaked seeds.

  5. Add fresh ginger slices if using.

  6. Mix well and sip throughout the day.
