Olive Oil Ginger Shots

If you’re looking for a daily ritual that supports digestion, immunity, and overall glow, this ginger shot is it. It’s strong, fresh, and full of nutrients — exactly what your body wants first thing in the morning. The aloe makes it incredibly soothing on the gut, the lemon brightens everything, and the honey balances the heat.

Make a batch on Sunday and you’re set for the week.

Ginger base
400g peeled ginger
4 organic lemons (leave peel on if organic, otherwise remove)

Healthy fats + sweetness
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1.5 tbsp raw honey

Gut support (optional but recommended)
1 aloe vera leaf, skin removed

Instructions:

  1. Add the ginger, lemons, and aloe to a juicer.

  2. If using a blender instead, add everything except the extra virgin olive oil and honey. Blend on high until completely smooth, then strain out the pulp.

  3. Whisk in the extra virgin olive oil and honey until fully incorporated.

  4. Pour into a mason jar or airtight bottle and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
